Five days late but better late than never on this festival. Yes, it's that time of year in NOLA! The Daiquiri Festival is going on from September 1st to 30th this year! What is amazing about this festival is that it has more than one location!

On a hot New Orleans day, what could better quench your thirst than a delicious frozen daiquiri? At the NOLA Daiquiri Festival, you'lll get to do just that! Throughout this month-long extravaganza, bars and restaurants across New Orleans serve up their own unique take on the delectable frozen drink. While the daiquiri is certainly the star of the show, it wouldn't be a true New Orleans get-down without some groovy tunes and mouthwatering grub. The New Orleans Daiquiri Festival has now become the New Orleans Daiquiri Season! Featuring thirty days of events and tastings across the city, you do not want to miss out on enjoying this classic New Orleans cocktail. The Daiquiri Festival began in 2011 and was purchased in 2015 by Tales of the Cocktail® who restructured it into a month long daiquiri extravaganza! Bars and restaurants across the city will be offering up a variety of takes on the frozen daiquiri. And, nothing tastes better than a frozen daiquiri on a hot New Orleans day! Enjoy!
